Pathways to success for youth
The next step in the Pathways to Success for Youth vision is to create an evergreen, teen friendly Success Principles video series to be used in schools, teacher trainings and online educational and marketing platforms.
It's all mapped out, the kids are ready for the camera and the production team is ready to roll! Now we're raising the funds!
Ultimately, the Pathways to Success for Youth Project will be a menu of reproducible educational products and training that can be easily distributed nationwide in the form of professional development for teachers, administrators and youth service workers as well as transformational courses, classes, retreats and workshops in school and community classrooms in both live and online settings.
This work has the potential to provide powerful solutions to some of the major issues in our schools and in our youth; addressing school culture, trauma sensitivity, violence prevention and bullying, promoting academic engagement, and addressing common issues that cost our society and economy money. Specifically, this content increases connection, promotes engagement and helps participants develop a vision for their future while helping to develop a work ready youth workforce and reduce substance use and abuse, teen pregnancy, depression and anxiety.
Pathways to Success and the success principles, tools, techniques and strategies it teaches serves as the foundation of a movement towards heart centered education, while promoting positive self esteem and taking 100% responsibility for life choices while, at the same time, it teaches entrepreneurship and leadership skills that will provide young people to tools to create a passionate, happy and successful life, however they define it.
The experts tell me this phase of the project will cost about $100,000 to do it right.
Here's what we're thinking:
- if 1,000 people contribute $100, we would reach our goal!
- or 100 people contributed $1000, we would reach our goal!
- or 10,000 contributed $10, we would reach our goal!
- Every single $1 helps!

Once the video series is created, the project will be ready to expand it's reach and begin moving beyond NH and to schools across the country.
There are many ways to get where we are going. That's why we are pursuing grants and corporate sponsorships, developing strategic partnerships and holding fundraising events to continue to build momentum as we move forward to make our vision a reality!
